The challenge in locating qualified job seekers with disabilities is that there’s no centralized place where you can post your job openings to target people with disabilities. You can overcome this with a two-part approach.

The first part is quick to implement. Simply modify your current outbound communications to job seekers to tell people with disabilities that you are an employer who welcomes them.  See our Disability Awareness page for more suggestions.

For the second part, begin adding new sources for recruitment, one at a time at your own pace. Before you know it, you’ll have cast a wide net giving you access to a new pool of talent.
